Consultation Fee Update
To continue providing unhurried, highly personalised care, we will be updating our follow-up consultation fee to £215 from 4th May 2026, which reflects both the depth of care provided and alignment with comparable specialist-led services.
At Everywoman Health, consultations are intentionally limited each day to allow time for careful clinical assessment, thoughtful decision-making, and continuity of care with the same clinician throughout your treatment journey.
As the clinic continues to grow, there have also been increases in operational and regulatory costs. This adjustment ensures we can maintain the high standard of care, time, and attention that each patient receives.
Follow-up consultations are a key part of effective treatment, allowing for detailed review, ongoing optimisation, and clear guidance at each stage. All existing bookings will remain at the current fee, and the updated pricing will apply to appointments booked from the above date.
Thank you for your continued trust.
You should receive an appointment confirmation email immediately after booking any appointment. Please check your junk/spam inbox and if you cannot find it, please contact us to send the appointment confirmation email to you manually.
If you need to reschedule your appointment and it is 48 hours in advance of your appointment, please notify us by email as soon as possible and we can reschedule your appointment manually subject to appointment availability.
Appointments can be rescheduled as per the conditions described above but are not refundable.
Please view our Terms & Conditions before booking an appointment.
New patient menopause, PMS & PMDD consultations are held in-person at The Medical Skin Clinic (Newmarket) or you can opt for a video consultation if this is your preference. Once you have booked your appointment, you can request to join the cancellation list and you will be notified if an earlier appointment becomes available. Follow-up consultations are video consultations and are for existing patients who have had an appointment with the clinic within the last 12 months. We strongly encourage patients to book follow-up appointments in advance because there is often limited availability if appointments are booked last-minute. It is also important to please plan ahead to ensure that your prescription does not run out before your follow-up appointment.
If you are a patient who has not had an appointment with the clinic for more than 12 months or have requested to be discharged from the clinic, you will need to book a “New Patient Appointment,” to ensure that there is enough time for your review. If you are uncertain of the type of consultation that you need to book, please contact us to make an enquiry: hello@everywomanhealth.co.uk
The Breast Health Check is available to women aged 18 years and over and includes a detailed breast history and examination. We will also perform a personalised breast cancer risk assessment for women with a family history of breast or gynaecological cancer. We can also arrange a breast screening mammogram (for women over 40 years) or breast screening ultrasound (for women under 40 years) for additional reassurance if the breast examination is normal. An onwards referral to Clinical Genetics or Specialist Breast Clinic for further investigation can also be provided if clinically indicated.
A breast health check can be added to another in-person consultation or booked as a standalone appointment.
Our private cervical screening service is available to women aged 25 years and over. We offer both a standard cervical screening test and an advanced cervical screening test, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.
The standard cervical screening test detects the presence of Human Papillomavirus (HPV), the virus responsible for the vast majority of cervical cancers. If HPV is detected, the cervical cells are then examined for abnormalities (cytology).
The advanced cervical screening test provides additional reassurance by testing for HPV and assessing cervical cells for abnormalities at the same time, regardless of HPV status.
At EveryWoman Health, we understand that cervical screening can feel daunting. Our experienced doctors take extra care to ensure that every patient feels comfortable, respected and supported throughout the procedure. We offer longer appointment times, a gentle and unhurried approach, and always use the smallest suitable speculum wherever possible to maximise comfort.
Private cervical screening can be booked as a standalone appointment or added to another consultation, with a £25 discount applied.
If you would like to discuss your individual circumstances or arrange an appointment, please contact us at hello@everywomanhealth.co.uk
After the initial consultation, you will need to have a follow-up appointment to review your progress on your new treatment plan before a repeat private prescription can be arranged. No further prescriptions can be granted without this review. If the treatment plan needs further amendment, you will need a further follow-up review until you become clinically stable on a treatment regimen.
Once you are clinically stable on a particular treatment regimen, you can then request private repeat prescriptions, as long as you attend your annual HRT/Testosterone review at the clinic (and adhere to your testosterone monitoring blood test schedule if you are being prescribed testosterone treatment) .
Please note that private repeat prescriptions that generated as part of a consultation do not incur an additional fee however, private repeat prescriptions requested outside of a consultation have an admin fee. Please contact us by email to grant your prescription request and to arrange payment. A maximum of 3 months worth of treatment can be requested per prescription.
Alternatively, you can discuss arranging your prescriptions with your GP practice and they may be agreeable however, this may not be possible for some treatments.
EveryWoman Health Annual Repeat Prescription Subscription
Patients that are stable on their current treatment regimen and have annual HRT reviews can request to have the EveryWoman Health Annual Repeat Prescription Subscription set up. This will enable you to request up to 4 repeat prescriptions/year (3 months worth of treatment/prescription) directly from one of our partner pharmacies. Please note that testosterone prescriptions are not included in this subscription as it is a controlled drug. Existing patients that have annual HRT reviews at the clinic, can contact us to make an enquiry.
