New patient video consultations can be booked via the website by clicking on the ‘ Book A New Patient Appointment (Newmarket Clinic or Video Consultation)’ button (above) and then selecting the ‘Virtual Clinic’ option in the drop-down menu. Please ensure that you have selected your preferred consultation type before booking your appointment.

Video follow-up consultations are for existing patients (who have had an appointment with the clinic within the last 12 months). They can be arranged by contacting us: hello@everywomanhealth.co.uk 

All health checks (private cervical screening, breast health checks and the EveryWoman Health Check) can be booked as standalone appointments by clicking on the, ‘Book a New Patient Appointment’ button (above).  You can then select your preferred health check from the drop-down menu. 

If you book a health check that includes a private cervical screening test, we will need to contact you to confirm that this test is appropriate for you and to arrange payment. If you would like to add any of our health checks to another type of appointment (e.g. an in-person menopause appointment), please contact us to assist you with this: hello@everywomanhealth.co.uk

If you cannot find a suitable appointment on the online booking system, please email us: hello@everywomanhealth.co.uk and we may be able to offer you an alternative appointment slot or add you to our appointment cancellation list so that you are notified as soon as an earlier appointment becomes available. Please not that you can only be added to our cancellation list after you have booked an appointment.

There is no on-site parking available at our Newmarket location however, there are several car parks nearby as well as roadside parking options. Rous Road Car Park (CB8 8LX) is a ‘pay & display’ car park that is a 2-minute walk to the clinic and costs £1 for 2 hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance with regard to car parking arrangements.
