Chloe Hall | Dietician

Chloe Hall is a dedicated dietitian with a strong background in nutrition and a deep passion for gut health and lesser known conditions such as Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS) and histamine intolerance. Her journey has led her to become an expert in her field. She is particularly known for her expertise within the field of MCAS and histamine intolerance and is a Dietetic Advisor for Mast Cell Action, the national charity for those with MCAS. She has supported many women with gut health issues and/or histamine intolerance.’ 
 
 

Annette Murphy | Acupuncture

Annette Murphy is a registered nurse and acupuncturist specialising in women’s health, with a focus on peri-menopausal and post-menopausal care. She offers holistic health assessments to create personalised acupuncture treatments and lifestyle and wellbeing plans, helping women navigate hormonal changes and feel supported through every stage of menopause. Annette is a member of the British Acupuncture Council.

Dr Michelle Miller | Chartered Psychologist

Dr Michelle Miller is a Chartered Psychologist and the founder of Myndora Psychology. She completed her Masters at the University of Cambridge before undertaking a Doctorate in Psychology, with research focused on perinatal anxiety
and women’s mental health.
 
Michelle has specialist training in CBT-for menopause, EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy, and trauma-focused approaches. She is also a menopause-informed psychologist, having completed the British Menopause Society Cognitive Behaviour
Therapy training course and the EMBERS® Professional Training Programme with
the Menopause CBT Clinic®, specialising in Menopause-Informed Psychological
Care. In addition, she has qualified as an ADHD coach.
 
Her approach is compassionate, integrative, considered, and evidence based. With a
background spanning NHS and private practice services, Michelle brings deep
insight into the challenges women face across life transitions.
 
She is a registered member of the HCPC, BPS, BACP, the EMDR Association, and
the British Menopause Society.
