New patient consultations are held in person at The Medical Skin Clinic, Newmarket (CQC-registered location). Video and telephone consultations are also available if preferred.

This is a comprehensive, specialist-led assessment designed to fully understand your symptoms, medical history, and individual needs.

Your consultation includes:

• Detailed exploration of hormonal and non-hormonal factors
• Review of previous treatments and responses
• Personalised discussion of evidence-based treatment options
• A clear, structured management plan
• A prescription (if required)

The consultation fee includes a detailed assessment with a British Menopause Society-accredited specialist doctor, a comprehensive clinic letter, and a prescription where appropriate. With your consent, your clinic letter can also be shared with your GP to support continuity of care.

Following your initial consultation, you may choose to continue your care with Everywoman Health or, if appropriate, be discharged back to your GP.

There are no additional administrative fees for clinic letters or prescriptions generated as part of your consultation.

Follow-up video consultations are suitable for 2 – 3 month reviews, interim reviews, and annual reviews with your specialist doctor.

Follow-up care is a key part of effective menopause management. These consultations are designed to review your progress in detail and carefully optimise your treatment plan over time.

Each review includes:

• In-depth assessment of your response to treatment
• Adjustment of medication where appropriate
• Discussion of any new or ongoing symptoms
• Clear guidance on next steps and expectations

The consultation fee includes a comprehensive clinical review, a detailed clinic letter and a prescription where required. With your consent, the clinic letter will also be shared with your GP, provided a secure practice email address is available.

A follow-up telephone consultation (up to 25 minutes) can be requested in the booking notes if preferred.

There are no additional admininistrative charges for clinic letters or prescriptions generated as part of the consultation.

Follow-up appointments can be extended to 50 minutes for an additional £80. 

A Comprehensive Breast Health Check can be added to a menopause or women’s health consultation (£200) or booked as a standalone appointment (£250).

For a more comprehensive women’s health assessment, you may choose to combine a breast health check with a standard or advanced private cervical screening test at a discounted package price. The breast health check includes a comprehensive review of your breast health, a breast examination and a detailed clinic letter. For women with a family history of breast or gynaecological cancer, we also provide a personalised breast cancer risk assessment.

For additional reassurance, breast imaging can be arranged if your breast examination is normal. This may include a screening mammogram for women aged 40 years and over, or a breast ultrasound scan for women under 40 years of age.

Where clinically indicated, we can also arrange onward referral to a Breast Clinic or Clinical Genetics service for further assessment and investigation.

Please note that the consultation fee does not include the cost of any imaging investigations, laboratory tests or private referrals that may be recommended following your appointment.

Our private cervical screening service is available to women aged 25 years and over. We offer both a standard cervical screening test and an advanced cervical screening test, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

The standard cervical screening test detects the presence of Human Papillomavirus (HPV), the virus responsible for the vast majority of cervical cancers. If HPV is detected, the cervical cells are then examined for abnormalities (cytology).

The standard private cervical screening test can be booked as a standalone appointment (£200) or added to another consultation, with a £25 discount applied (£175).

 This consultation option is suitable for quick queries only (e.g. clarifying investigation results, complex questions…etc) and can be arranged by email. It does not include a clinic letter or a prescription.

This service is not suitable for a clinical review – you would need to book a follow-up appointment. 

 There is no additional charge for prescriptions generated as part of a consultation. This administrative fee only applies to prescriptions requested outside of a consultation. 

Private repeat prescriptions can be requested by registered patients who have had a follow-up review with EveryWoman Health for the treatment that is being requested in the last 12 months.

Please email us for the doctor to grant the request first, before making the payment as it is a non-refundable fee. A maximum of 3 months worth of each treatment can be requested per prescription.

Patients that are stable on their current treatment regimen and have annual HRT reviews can request to have the EveryWoman Health Annual Repeat Prescription Subscription set up. This will enable you to request up to 4 repeat prescriptions/year (3 months worth of treatment/prescription) directly from one of our partner pharmacies. Testosterone prescriptions are not included in this subscription as it is a controlled drug. Please email us for further details.
